Daryl Glinn-Tanner has been a stylist and Master Colorist since 1979. After working in Beverly Hills for 15 years, she decided to create her dream. In Montrose, California, she has developed a comfortable home base where she has created Divine Response, a revolutionary Hair Care product line.
