Guardian Aid Gel

Divine Response Guardian Aid Gel

Guardian Aid Gel is a hair styling product, a nutrient-filled, light textured lotion which works like a concentrated hair gel. As a nutritious leave-in styler, Guardian Aid acts like a leave-in conditioner to give hair a soft, full-of-body hold that works for all hair types.

For curly hair use as a scrunching and sculpting lotion to softly control frizzy hair. Add additional product to hard-to-tame areas. For fine hair start your application on the scalp to give foundation to your styling. It is very concentrated, so use only the size of a dime to start.

Guardian Aid places a shield on the hair cuticle which protects it from blow dryers, harsh sunlight (holds in moisture without UV protection) and protects hair from wind damage.

It is a moisturizing emollient made from combining vitamins & moisture rich oils and hydrosols. Guardian Aid is made with ingredients safe for sensitive people. No synthetics are used, no propylene glycol, parabens, perfumes or synthetic fragrances, no alcohol, and no rosemary or grapefruit seed extracts or grapefruit oils.

Creating Guardian Aid (or Bodyfull as it was first named) began when Daryl found a need for a gel for her hair studio clients that didn’t cause itching, flaking, or gummy stiffness BUT also encouraged body for straight, fine and fragile hair and curl encouragement for frizzy hair. She searched for a base product that was original and had a nutrient foundation.

“Do you remember chia seeds?” asks Daryl, a child of the 1960’s, says “they were put into our home-made granola and made a jelly-like substance in milk.” Also, her family used flax seeds as a substitute for egg whites in Vegan cooking. “Viola! Sure enough, flax seeds make a fantastic gel base.” Daryl's experiment commenced and her results have shown that most hair types work well with Guardian Aid! Enjoy! We know you will.
