Refresh and Rebalance Toner

Refresh & Rebalance Toner is a hair, scalp and skin toner that does for your hair what a facial toner does for you skin and More! First and foremost, the toner prepares your hair for a deeper conditioning. By eliminating unwanted residues of past product usage (including soap scum), chlorine and other “heavy metals”, your hair can finally breathe, having more fullness and natural body.

For fine hair: place one ounce (1 oz) of Refresh & Rebalance in one cup (8 oz) of cool water and use as your final rinse (after washing and conditioning). For curly or dry hair: rinse hair well after Dew Trust Shampoo, add one ounce of Refresh & Rebalance and soak hair well before conditioning. Final rinse may include toner as you rinse well to close the cuticle of your hair.

It is also a moisturizing toner, which is why it is called a Re-balancer. Divine Response's proprietary formulation includes a blend of essential oils, floral waters and clay minerals that detox the hair and scalp, leaving a moisturizing benefit, and lastly, closing the cuticle so that hair is more healthy and shiny than before.

Refresh & Rebalance uses special (Organic, “from the mother”) vinegar, three amazing floral waters and pure water, just like your Grandma used, well Daryl's Grandma did. We use a particular blend of essential oils that adds to the moisture content, detoxifying abilities, and healing aromas that refresh body and spirit.

Daryl likes to use names that explain what the product does. For us, a cold shot of Refresh & Rebalance does just that . . . refreshes and rebalances hair, scalp and skin.
